Dolce and Gabanna
Ok, so I have to admit that I went to prada.com first and it was extremly tough to write about their site and how it caught my interest because there wasn't much detail on the page so I decided to visit Dolce and Gabanna instead. I like their company much better anyway! Anywho, I was quickly impressed with the home site page. I had almost mistaken the lady in the big white fur jacket to be a polar bear. I thought that her outfit was quite unique. What I can tell from this site is they have their own way of speaking out to the public about fashion. It is loud and intriguing. Becaue of their bizarre case of clothing, it was instantly an eye opener and caught my attention. The first thing that came to mind was "expensive and down right ugly". I wouldn't say that it is rare for Dolce and Gabanna to have ugly things because from my experience, I have walked into many fashion show malls and have seen the most hideous apparel, but because of it's "uniqueness", it attracts those of the more wealthier side. I think they showed emotion by putting two children in their. I am not sure what for, but my guess is you can dress your kid in their ugly clothing too? First off, who would buy a two hundred and fifty dollar shirt for a six year old anyway? Don't they start clean then end up filthy when they come home? Why would you wanna risk spending an incredible amount of money when it is going to have other kids lovely boogers and other bodily functions all over it anyway? Don't get me wrong, I have seen some incredibly cute accesories from Dolce and Gabanna, but their clothing slacks a little in my opinion. I think for what they are trying to sell, it is a little over priced. If you ask me, I will stick to Nordstroms. Theyre price is about as high as I can go and want to go!
